It is with great honor that we share the validation of MAHDCO TUNISIE’s compliance with the BSCI social responsibility rules under code: 395660.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BSCI: Business Social Compliance Initiative is a social compliance standard that allows for the monitoring of supplier compliance with predefined social responsibility rules. Based in Brussels, BSCI was founded by the Belgian Trade Union, working on the study of ethical social values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essentiellement, le BSCI repose sur 11 droits fondamentaux du travail sur lesquels MAHDCO Tunisie a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9 en cat\u00e9gorie A (tr\u00e8s honorable):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1- Les Droits de la Libert\u00e9 Syndicale et de la N\u00e9gociation Collective.\n Notre entreprise respecte le droit des travailleurs de former des syndicats ou d\u2019autres types d\u2019associations de travailleurs et de n\u00e9gocier collectivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2- R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00c9quitable.\n Notre entreprise respecte le droit des travailleurs \u00e0 recevoir une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e9quitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3- La Sant\u00e9 et la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 au Travail.\n Notre entreprise assure un environnement de travail sain et s\u00e9curitaire, \u00e9value les risques et prend toutes les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour l\u2019\u00e9liminer ou le r\u00e9duire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4- Protection Sp\u00e9ciale pour les Jeunes Travailleurs.\n Notre entreprise offre une protection sp\u00e9ciale \u00e0 tous les travailleurs qui ne sont pas encore adultes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
